Inn in Vi-Upper run by Rynna of the Broken Chain. Serves as an informal hub for Tideborn support and community in the city. Rynna uses her network of extra hands and street knowledge to track Tideborn disappearances in the East Ring.

Vaelrik owes a debt of gratitude to Rynna — she reached out to him and brought him back to Vi. The inn's name and its emblem (a broken chain link) appear on Rynna's correspondence.
