District of Vi where cruelty toward Tideborn is hardest to ignore. Vaelrik served here as a city guard before leaving. Tideborn disappearances have been occurring here for at least two months — the primary area of Stillforge abduction activity.

Session 10 finally shows the district directly: salvaged walls, stacked cargo containers, improvised roofs, and worn paths where polished planning was never offered. The East Ring is one of the clearest living consequences of the Relocation and Vi's structural segregation, but it is also full of stubborn communal life.
