Bonded transfer warehouse in Vi-Upper, identified in Session 11 through the hidden C9 mark on Elowen Draith's paperwork. It appears to have been used as a Stillforge-controlled transfer point for contraband, trafficked Tideborn, butchered Tideborn remains, and other protected cargo moving under official cover.

The party infiltrated the site with Areska, found evidence of staging and blood in the lower level, discovered severed Tideborn tails in a crate, and recovered a ledger upstairs linking outbound shipments to Southbarrow Relay.
