Connected to Dr. Lyra Briggs's research funding and laboratory operations — she addresses her leave request to him. First appeared directly in Session 16, arriving to inspect a "special set" of captives after the fourth bell, then moving toward Dr. Briggs's lab as the session ended.

Named by Krait Burrow-Umber as the Stillforge liaison in Southbarrow, the one name Krait gave the party after Brixton and Bodrin pressed him past his fear. Krait said he should be in town.
Appeared in the Southbarrow Relay central yard after the fourth bell. Inspected three captured Tideborn — an older kobold woman, a younger kobold girl, and a tiefling — and allowed the guard to execute them swiftly. Complained about the screaming. Was told there was a "special set" he would want to see. Moving toward Dr. Briggs's lab as the session ended.
