Vi-Lower is predominantly dwarven and more likely to lean anti-magic and anti-Tideborn; Areska cautioned against assuming allegiance either way. Name spelling unconfirmed.

Denied recognizing a Stillforge mask when Brixton placed one on his table — but Bodrin read the lie clearly. Brixton pressed him until he pulled them inside and confessed: Southbarrow Relay operates under Crown authority by day; after the fourth bell, his own men carry out Stillforge instructions because it is how the thirty-eight remaining residents stay alive. Thirty died when he tried to resist a year ago. Gave one name: Odran Kells. Dismissed the party with "Glad I got to meet a pirate before he died."
