Young Tideborn Triton girl found hiding near the shore at Southbarrow Relay, searching for her missing sister Hessa.

Anglerfish-featured, with a bioluminescent lure and fins. Her Triton village split when its leader deemed people with anglerfish traits dangerous; the breakaway group struggled to survive. Her parents went hunting for food three years ago and never came back. Since then, Tamsin has cared for Hessa alone. She grew attached to Bodrin Silentfist and Prill during the party's time in Southbarrow, but fled into the river when the fourth bell rang and Stillforge's night operations began.
