Owlin merchant and traveler from the hidden southern owlin village Lyra has been seeking. Met at Southbarrow Relay selling dyes, inks, salves, and small pigments from a dockside tarp tent.

Recognized Lyra's scar immediately as star-touched — because his own sister in the southern village was also star-touched. His sister has grown powerful, remains in the hidden village, and is teaching druidry. Kesren referred to the sky anomalies as tears, not stars — echoing Greenseer Rylenn's theory about The Barrier. When the fourth bell rang, he fled south, told Brixton and Lyra to find his camp downriver if they survived the night, and said the village is roughly three days south. His sister's name has not yet been confirmed at the table.
