Captain Rella Morn
Captain of the Sure Current, a fast wide riverboat with no sails that travels the Halentoth River at impossible speed. Efficient, impatient, and practical — she cooperated with Areska's arrangement but treated it as a debt now fully repaid.
Told the party at Southbarrow Relay to relay a message to Areska: "She doesn't owe me anything anymore." Her vessel uses Lovue as its hidden underwater transport method.

Hid the party behind crates at Harbin Lock when Crown Guard attention narrowed. Carried them south at impossible speed on the Halentoth River. On arrival at Southbarrow Relay, discharged the last of her obligation to Areska by delivering the party safely and revealing Lovue as the exit route. Her parting words: "Tell Areska she doesn't owe me anything anymore."
