Younger sister of Tamsin Fen. Purple-scaled Tideborn Triton girl, approximately six years old. Missing.

Disappeared at Southbarrow Relay after climbing onto unloaded crates at the dock and hearing breathing from inside them. When she and Tamsin were spotted, Tamsin jumped back into the water — Hessa did not follow. Her current whereabouts are unknown. The party is searching for her.
