Background
Harbormaster of Vi-Upper. Crisp posture, tired eyes — the air of someone keeping an entire harbor running through force of will alone. Has an assistant named Kesh, a young figure with deep blue skin and matching blue hair, whom she dispatched to summon Areska after hearing the party's account.
Connected to Areska: directed the party to The Unloading Bay and described Areska Vell as someone actively trying to stop the Stillforge.
Possible Verdant Gale affiliation: as she left Session 1, she said "I'm really a Verdant Gale girl — but sure. For this time, I'll spare you." This suggests personal sympathy with or connection to Lyssa Veywild's crew.
Name note: Session 1 introduces her as Elarik Stonewalk. Session 4 references the harbor master as Illyric Stonewalk. These appear to be the same person — the first name likely a recall inconsistency between sessions.
Session History
Introduced herself without flourish: "Harbormaster Elarik Stonewalk. I'm sorry for the inconvenience." Stated firmly that Captain Vayne "is not a recognized captain at this harbor. Or in the city." Called the Stillforge "not official guardsmen — condemned. An extremist group." Acknowledged the ship had been hijacked and that disappearances and harassment had been happening throughout the city, with no one able to prove it through proper channels.
When Brixton gave a false name, she stared at him for a long moment, then said flatly, "Welcome to Vi-Upper, Mr. Ornatan. You're not fooling anybody."
